Dublin’s first-ever Yoga and Vegan Festival is Sunday, 10th June at Trinity College. The one-day event, hosted by Yogific, will include nine classes on yoga and meditation and ten workshops.
Instructors from four countries – India, Ireland, the UK, and the Netherlands – will teach classes such as Power Vinyasa Yoga, Authentic Indian Hatha Yoga, and Vedic meditation. The festival’s workshop portion will cover titles such as, ‘Debunking Vegan Myths’, ‘Talk on Stress Management’, and ‘How to Sequence Yoga Poses for Home Practice’.
Each class will cost €4 and attendees can take as many classes as they’d like for an additional €4 each. Workshops are free and open to the public. Children under the age of 14 are free but must be accompanied by an adult. Each class and workshop session will last approximately 45 minutes. Some vegan food will also be available.
